University friends from a previous century our career paths diverged and took us to a variety of different worlds. But at our core we both retained a fascination with individual performance and team dynamics.
Potential Unlocked is our vehicle for bringing our diverse experiences together and integrating them to bring a new model to the coaching paradigm.

Founder & Coaching Lead
L&D Specialist, an accredited Coach and experienced mentor, with a blue-chip FMCG background. Oxbridge educated. Family business coaching experience. Specialist in management training, leadership development, team building and creating a happy, healthy and mentally fit workplace. 20+ years of experience.
I help people to feel happier, healthier and more productive through highly effective, tailored coaching and training. All guided by psychological expertise. Having a trusted, confidential ear really can make all the difference.
Experienced in working across organisations, including Executive Boards, CEOs, Directors and Managers.
I have had the great privilege of learning my craft with some of the world’s top performance psychologists, elite forces, Olympic and Paralympic athletes, and leaders of FTSE 100 and blue-chip companies.

Founder & Expedition Lead
During a successful career in the Hydrocarbon Exploration business, I discovered I had a passion for getting the most out of diverse teams. Enabling individuals to contribute more than they knew they could, and creating an environment where contrasting personalities became trusted colleagues.
I have had exposure to strategic planning at corporate board level and been a representative at national board level for a multi-national organisation.
I have developed an incredibly rewarding second career as Guide, Lecturer, Mentor, Coach, Trainer and Leader in Expedition Cruising. I have taken guests to regions as diverse as Antarctica, New Guinea, Svalbard, Greenland, Pitcairn and South Georgia. Leading teams and delivering life-changing experiences
